Pocket- Pocket is a great app used to read web pages when you do not have a network connection. I use Pocket daily to have web pages that I have to read while I don't have Wi-Fi. I really recommend this app because it is great to have web pages available that you have decided you wanted to read. It is very similar to Evernote(I will review it later).
Pocket is free from the Play Store.
